The Gušterija tavern was created in order to offer visitors delicious meals, made with feeling and gusto. We are driven by high quality ingredients and products – that are locally sourced as much as possible and often prepared by us – daily fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as the desire to offer guests staying in Ljubljana more than brunch or lunch.
We are driven by the desire to offer meals with a greater added value, a touch of traditional presented in a modern way, and what’s more, all of that is available at very reasonable prices.
