Šaleška valley
Šaleška valley (also the Velenje valley) is a valley in the northern part of Slovenia, in the area of the northeastern pre-Alpine hills. In the west it is surrounded by the Kamnik-Savinja Alps, in the east of the Pohorje mountain, and in the south by the Posavje hills. The valley runs in the northwest-south-east is about 8 kilometers long and 2 kilometers wide. From Zgornje in the Lower Savinja valleys it is separated by the Golte, Skornški hills, the peaks of the peak with the mountain Oljko in the Ponikovka plateau.
