About us

Pizzeria FoculuS has been delighting its guests ever since 1996, not only with its unique interior but also with its delicious salads and pizzas which are said to be the best in town.

FoculuS is located in the historic part of Ljubljana, only a few steps from the Ljubljanica river and in the vicinity of two major Ljubljana's sights, namely Narodna in univerzitetna knjižnica (the National and University Library) and Križanke, where the famous architect Jože Plečnik left his mark.

Pizzas are baked in a traditional way, i.e. in a hardwood oven, which provides the delicious crust and makes them really tasty.

You can choose from 66 types of pizzas made for each taste. All of them can also be ordered with wholegrain and gluten-free dough. You can also order a vegan pizza and the following is also available: sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, caviar, salmon, truffles, pine nuts, several types of cheese, salami, prosciutto and ham, and also quail eggs can be found in combinations of quality toppings on pizzas as well as ingredients in tasty salads. We offer you 14 kinds of delicious, abundant salads.

To mark the 2000th anniversary of founding the Roman Emona, the Emona pizza will also be made throughout the year consisting of the then known ingredients.

Our speciality is also the oven-baked Foculus house dessert.

In addition to irreplaceable soft drinks to drink with your pizza, a wide international selection of beers and an interesting collection of wines ensure an extra pleasure.
