With its magical and unique herdsmen’s tradition, unspoiled nature, traditional goods and breathtaking views, Velika planina takes its place among the most beautiful pastures in Slovenia and abroad.
Visiting Eco Resort Beneath Velika Planina, you will have a chance to experience this magic and uniqueness yourself. At the foothills of the Kamnik Alps, where fresh air fills your lungs, you will be able to sense nature and yourself.
In comfortable little cottages, resembling the unique architecture of real herdsmen's huts, the scent of wood, cosy environment, and a view through the window conjure an enchanted atmosphere.
TRADITION AND COMFORT
While modern furnished wooden cottages in the style of herdsmen’s huts offer you comfort, they conjure the spirit of the traditional dwelling on Velika planina.
One cottage can house four people. It comprises a living room, a bedroom, a cooking part, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace. An extra bed can be added for a fifth family member.
In colder months the cottages are kept warm by fireplaces.
RELAXATION AND REFRESHMENT
Private finish sauna offer a perfect combination of intimacy and luxury; for moments we only wish to dedicate to ourselves and our dearest. Our VIP wellness is designed for max. 6 persons, and it is equipped with resting room, WC, shower, and dressing room.
We offer also massages to renew your body and soul. You can order a massage even in your cottage.
