Hotel Splavar has for many years been providing travelers and gourmets with hospitality in the middle of the historic center of Brezice. With a tribute to the cultural heritage, Splavar interior design tells a story of old world charm carefully intertwined with fresh atmosphere of modernity. The first hungry travelers on the way along the river Sava past Brezice and all the way to the Black Sea were raftsmen, after which the hotel got its name.

RESTAURANT

Culinary creations are based on local raw ingredients, which in all branches of their taste are the best basis for CHEF'S creations which excite. Several times a year restaurant Splavar presents its reflection and novelties in a form of culinary events in cooperation with winemakers and enrich the atmosphere with live music of local artists.

PATISSERIE

Equivalent to the kitchen, Splavar spoils their guests with its own patisserie, where daily fresh cakes and ice cream are made. Even the sweeter part of the culinary story of Splavar is creatively expressed with the authentic tastes of local raw ingredients offered by nature at a given time. Welcome.
