Kompleks

The Regional Cultural Youth Centre Kompleks is the result of years of KKŠ effort to create a continuous cultural and entertainment program in the province of Carinthia.
 
The main ambition of Kompleks is commissioning high-quality broadcasts from the field of culture, art and education. It offers young people an alternative place to escape from excessive commercialization, which slows down the learning and teaching diversity, quality and diversity in the areas of creativity.

Monthly Kompleks organizes more than 10 events, and it in all of the years, it has hosted many famous musicians ( Dubioza Kolektiv, Katalena, Big Foot Mama, Dan D, SARS, Slon in Sadež, MI2, Siddharta, Dog Eat Dog, The Toasters, Blaze Bayley, ... ), the world-famous jazz virtuosi, whilst continually promoting the local scene, and the not yet established and recognized groups. Each season offers the audience about 100 yearly events, which include diverse content, categorized under the domain .IT. Kompleks.IT (concerts by well-known and established bands), Cover.IT (tribute bands), Present.IT (new promising musicians), Travel.IT (travel lectures), Laugh.IT (stand-up performances), Bang.IT (metal evenings), Dance.IT (electronic music), Art.IT (monthly artist exhibitions), Fešn.IT (fashion shows), Game.IT (analog and digital games), Pokerface.IT (Kompleks poker League), Jam.IT (musical experimenting), Movie.IT (movie nights), Sing.IT (karaoke) and Spin.IT (dance, funk and hip-hop). There are also many events, which do not fall within these domains, but because of the quality content, they are still ranked among the program - Student hours, ArenaZnanja, educational events, literary events, charity concerts and great jazz evenings.
